Emmanuelle Vaugier (born June 23, 1976 in Vancouver, British Columbia) is a Canadian actress.
Although born in Vancouver, she grew up in a French-speaking household.
A hard working actress, Emmanuelle Vaugier is all over television and film, appearing in a
wide variety of roles. This beautiful, talented lady plays doctors, assassins, gypsies,
mythical ladies and heroines of every ilk. she can be found
wherever the script calls
for a lovely, passionate, charming, dazzlingly talented woman.
Recently, Ms. Vaugier has released the film Painkiller Jane. She stars as the title
heroine, a soldier who gains miraculous self-healing powers along with heightened senses
and incredible reflexes due to a deadly virus. She ends up on the run from the madman who
created the virus and possible from the government.
